Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
